Shipping Policy

Note, orders for Kits and completed Amps that include tube orders, may be shipped in separate boxes.

Orders are shipped on the next available Shipping Day. 

Shipping Days:  Monday & Thursday

Canada: Chits Chats Tracked*

USA: Chits Chats & USPS (via NL Post) Tracked*

International: Chit Chats > NL Post Tracked*

*Note some destinations can’t be tracked and others are very expensive to track, so if you absolutely require Tracking and are located in a difficult to ship region, please contact us prior to ordering.

Approximate Delivery Times:
Canada – 1 – 2 weeks
USA – 2 weeks
Europe – 3-4 weeks                                                           

Island Nations & other difficult to reach destinations – 4-8 weeks

Any Import Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes are the purchasers responsibility.

All parcels are shipped from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Should your purchase require an additional shipping fee, we will contact you with a quote prior to shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

No returns are accepted for refund unless specifically approved prior to shipping the return.

Should a full or partial refund apply to your order due to a return or change of order, we will deduct the payment processor service fee from the refund.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
